Terms of service
✦ General• All prices are in EUR (€).
• I reserve the right to decline any project.
• Quotes may adjust based on model complexity.
• Communication will be handled via Twitter DMs, Discord, or email.✦ Payment• Payment is made via PayPal.
• Full or 50% upfront is required to reserve your slot, and 50% upon delivery.
• Payment plans are available for commissions above a total of €3000.
• Chargebacks will be fought, won and lead to permanent blacklisting across other riggers.✦ Delivery• Average rigging time is 2–4 weeks once your slot begins.
• Waitlisted clients may begin 1–3 months after booking.
• Priority fees apply for faster delivery (see pricing).
• Minor fixes are included.
• Major revisions will incur additional fees.✦ Usage• The rig is for personal & streaming use only unless otherwise agreed.
• You may not resell or redistribute the rig without permission.
• Credit must be clearly given (e.g. “Rigging by @xEffiez”).✦ Streaming & Privacy• Work-in-progress may be streamed unless the privacy fee (50%) is paid.
• By commissioning, you consent to the rig being shown for portfolio and promotional purposes.✦ Refund Policy• Refunds are not available once work has begun.
• If I cancel the project for any reason, a full refund will be provided.
